Dear friends if you are thinking to start exercising than here are some points for you which will be beneficial for you:-
- Fix your goal first.
- Arrange suitable cloths and shoes for yourself.
- Join nearest gym for exercise. It will save your time.
- Keep a bottle of water and a towel always with you.
- Always warm-up your body before using the weight exercise.
- Use light weight first after that you can increase weight according to your power.
- Do only half an hour or one hour exercise daily.
- Rest in a week is very necessary.
- You can also use alternate day formula for exercising.
- Take rich protein diet.
- Don't use junk or fast food.
