Listen what your coach says

If you are beginner and do not know the ABC of exercise you should listen what your coach says. You can easily find some self-made coach having little knowledge of exercise. They will try to influence you with their unwanted suggestions. It will be harmful to obey their fitness rules. Every gym appoints a qualified person as its coach who has sufficient knowledge about various exercises and their effect & defect. So whenever you do work out ask your coach to tell the right motion of every exercise. You can also consult with him about your diet plan according to your training.

WHEN YOU START EXERCISE

Dear friends if you are thinking to start exercising than here are some points for you which will be beneficial for you:-

  • Fix your goal first.
  • Arrange suitable cloths and shoes for yourself.
  • Join nearest gym for exercise. It will save your time.
  • Keep a bottle of water and a towel always with you.
  • Always warm-up your body before using the weight exercise. 
  • Use light weight first after that you can increase weight according to your power.
  • Do only half an hour or one hour exercise daily. 
  • Rest in a week is very necessary. 
  • You can also use alternate day  formula for exercising.
  • Take rich protein diet.
  • Don't use junk or fast food.

Role of Yoga in Height Increase: Tips to grow tall


Yoga means union of soul, mind and physical body to attain unification with higher powers termed as God. Yoga involves physical exercises and meditation to get benefits which has not been seen or possible with other forms of exercises which includes stretching etc. Yoga involves several exercises which work on each joints, bones, cartilage and muscles. It also affects internal organs which includes our nervous system, hormonal (endocrinal glands) system etc. Majority of yoga asanas work on your back bone or spine stretching, strengthening it and increasing its flexibility.


The question comes that after 18 years is it possible to increase height: The answer comes to be yes. What yoga does is to work on your spine where intervertebral discs are compressed. Yoga utilizes the decompression to increase your height. If you look at the figure below the disc accounts for 2-5 inches of compressed space which can be utilized.

Further if you are between 18-22 years of age, your growth plates are not fused 100 % therefore you may expect some results at the end of long bones also.

G) Pranayaam: improves function of autonomic system, digestive system, General irritability reduces and toxins get eliminated toxins are removed from body, therefore onset of various diseases is prevented. Pranayama strengthens the immune system.

The growth and height is primarily the results of genetic potential and effective nutrition. Here we are using a term called genetic potential that means a baseline push given by genes to grow tall. It depends upon height of your parents but the question comes in our mind why some times taller parents have short children and why some time shorter parents have taller children. To determine the effect of this, our team at mediplex has conducted an experiment for 10 years. We selected 40 children (<16 Years) whose parents were either short or of have average height (Less than 5 feet 7 inches). We divided them into two groups: One group was given our advanced system which includes Mediplex Safe Herbal Medicines, good nutrition and Yoga classes. The other group was not given anything or on placebo. We followed them for over 5 years. After 5 years we found that most of the children of first group on Mediplex System have grown taller at least 2-6 inches than their parents whereas the other group obtained height close to their parents i.e. mid parental height. This shows that though genes are primary determinant of your height but your potential to grow taller can be used to make you tall under expert supervision.
