If you are beginner and do not know the ABC of exercise you should listen what your coach says. You can easily find some self-made coach having little knowledge of exercise. They will try to influence you with their unwanted suggestions. It will be harmful to obey their fitness rules. Every gym appoints a qualified person as its coach who has sufficient knowledge about various exercises and their effect & defect. So whenever you do work out ask your coach to tell the right motion of every exercise. You can also consult with him about your diet plan according to your training.
