  2. I am a 36 Years Old Male. From last one month i am having a problem that in the evening hours i feel resteless. I feel that i have no life no power in my body and i feel weakness. Sometimes i feel relief after taking a sweet cold drink like mango frooti or rooh afza or anything other which is sweet. But those 2-3 hours i.e. 4 pm to 6 or 7 pm i feel very restless. my whole body gets pain and i feel to sleep. My wife says it may be High blood pressure which gets lowered on taking sweet drink. though i have not checked recently. 2 years back my Blood Pressure was found to be high. Since then i have decresed intake of Sugar, Salt and Butter to a great extent. But i have no physical activity.

    I wake at 8 in morning and go to office at 10. From 10 to 5 i remain in office busy on PC soing mental work. There is no physical Work. After 6 come to home and need to take a sleep for relaxiing. After 7 till 9 i surf internet. And at 10 after taking dinner i go to sleep. Means there is no physical activity in life. Is this the reason of feeling resteless.

    Pls guide me and tell me how to overcome this situation.Though i eat nutritious food, What changes are needed ? what is the cause of problem and what are the remedies?

  3. बदलते माहौल में कई बार छोटी-छोटी बातें भी बड़ी प्रेरक सी बन जाती हैं। मेरा ब्लॉग कुछ यादों को सहेजने का ही जतन है। अन्य चीजों को भी साझा करता हूं। समय मिलने पर नजर डालिएगा
